In this two hour lecture/practice, we'll discuss the anatomy of the shoulder joints, the big mover muscles, and their deeper less talked about neighbors.  These core muscles will improve your stability and sense of strength in weight-bearing asana, backbends, and good ole Downward Facing Dog.
